What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
If you’re running late, please notify me as soon as possible. I will always try to provide a full session, but this depends on other scheduled bookings and may not be guaranteed. If the session has to be shortened due to late arrival, the full session fee is still payable.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once a session is booked, that time is reserved for you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, as short-notice slots are rarely rebooked

Payment is due at the time of booking. Packages must be used within 6 months.
